Nothing is more frustrating than facing an emergency with nowhere to turn. At Optical Options we understand that emergencies are bound to arise in which you need an immediate solution. If you find yourself in need of an emergency visit with Dr. Greitzer, then we encourage you to take advantage of our walk-in appointments. Dr. Greitzer is available for appointments from 9:30 till 4:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday and on Thursday from 9:30-5:00. I will be available to see patients every day but Wednesdays and Sundays, and of course am willing to accommodate patients before or after the above scheduled hours. We want our customers and patients to know that we are here for them, which is why we proudly offer more appointment hours than any other practitioner in Greenwich. To accommodate you even further, we will often stay late or come extra early, upon request.
Of course, it is safe to say that scheduled appointments are preferred. While we are more than happy to accommodate emergency situations, we strongly encourage scheduling your appointments in advance. We make it easy for you to set an appointment that best fits your schedule and availability. We understand that for most people finding free time during normal work hours can extremely difficult, which is why we are open on Saturdays, making us extremely accommodating. Your scheduled appointment will provide you with a routine eye examination and contact lens fitting. If you have a medical eye condition then we will treat that as well.
We take several Eye and/or Vision Insurances and we certainly will fill out any necessary forms for out to submit for maximum reimbursement if we are considered an ‘Out of Network Provider’ by any other plans.
